Hi Ladies,
Thank you for coming out today, it was a very nice get together to say "Thank You"
for all you do. I was wondering for the talent show, should we sell fried pizza dough?
Popcorn? Drinks? Candy? We need to make these final sales to help fund kindegarten
graduation,8th grade graduation donation and our final bills. I need feedback, so you guys let me know what you think, and who can help on May 28th from 6-8 p.m.? If you volunteer to
help, then you don't need to buy talent show tickets unless you just want to donate to
the cause (8th grade graduation).
Family Picnic update:
Food Menu- 7-8 items(including ice cream/watermelon/popcorn)
(3) Bounceys (slide, castle, jumpolene)
(2) craft tables
(2) game tables
Face painter
Pony rides
Raffle (50/50)
Can sell pops/candy table
Vendors (tatoo lady, pocketbooks, etc.
***We are going to sell tables to vendors for this event to help pay off our final bills. Vendors
that sell things that people will buy.*****
****We need many volunteers for the Family Day Picnic for Fri.June 19th (rain or shine)
Please email to me what you think would be a reasonable charge for the picnic?
Adult? Child? Children under 4 are free
